Environmental Impact Assessment and Analysis – NEPA and CEQA
Since the early 1970’s, TSS has conducted and/or consulted on NEPA and CEQA-related analyses, including Initial Studies, Negative Declarations, Environmental Assessments, Findings of No Significant Impact, and Environmental Impact Statements and Reports. In this capacity, TSS has worked with many local, state and federal agencies. We have provided environmental documentation assistance for energy exploration and development, large industrial facilities, the DOD and other related defense installations, hazardous and solid waste treatment, storage, and disposal facilities, as well as for California and federal Superfund sites, highway and roadway expansions and realignments, residential development, and county General Plan elements.
