For over 30 years, TSS personnel have managed a vast number of environmental and energy-related projects and routinely conduct turn-key permitting.  Clients have engaged TSS to handle all of their environmental project management needs such as permitting for air, water, and land use, compliance (such as air emissions source testing and other types of environmental sampling), agency negotiations and interaction, environmental-related operations (such as waste disposal needs), and project personnel environmental training.  TSS has prepared environmental management guidance documents for day-to-day project operations, as well as assumed the facility environmental compliance manager role for a number of sites.
