TSS Consultants has been retained by the Sacramento Municipal Utility District (SMUD) to perform technical, economic and environmental analysis for greenhouse gas-related issues for the Advanced Renewables and Distributed Generation Program. Specifically, TSS will assist with evaluating technologies, economics and greenhouse gas emissions characteristics of renewable electricity generation processes and co-generation, as well as carbon sequestration processes and strategies. TSS will also assist SMUD in the development of a detailed strategic plan using the best available technical and policy information.  Back
