Project Title: D/K Environmental Hazardous Waste Facility Permits

D/K Environmental (DKE) operates a large-scale hazardous waste storage, treatment, recycling, and transfer facility in Los Angeles County. The facility is regulated by the California Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC). TSS Consultants was retained by DKE to prepare CEQA documentation for the renewal and modification of the facility. TSS assumed responsibility for preparing the Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for submission to the DTSC, South Coast Air Quality Management District, Los Angeles County Sanitation District, and the City of Vernon. In addition, TSS prepared a Human Health Risk Assessment and Risk of Upset Analysis for the facility’s operations.  Back
