TSS was retained by the New Mexico Energy, Minerals, and Natural Resources Department to produce a handbook for businesses interested in developing biomass to liquid transportation fuel products. This comprehensive handbook outlines risk assessment, preliminary and comprehensive feasibility studies, obtaining project financing, procurement of equipment and project construction, and start up and operation of a biomass to liguid transportation fuels project.
