All purchase orders issued under this contract incorporate the following Ordering Instructions and Special Provisions and CMAS Terms and Conditions dated January 2003.

Agency non-compliance with the requirements of this contract may result in the loss of delegated authority to use the CMAS program.

Contractor non-compliance with the requirements of this contract may result in contract termination.
